Pricing

  1. What will you charge to record my wedding based on the coverage I am looking for?

    Most weddings can be covered completely with one of our existing packages. Be sure to check our Packages page to review which package fits best within your budget. Click here for Packages.


  2. If I choose the B & G Special can I book an additional hour? If so, how much?

    Yes, additional hour is booked at $150.00 per hour.

Equipment

  1. What type of video format do you use?

    We use HD and SD cameras to create a more cinematic feel to your wedding / event.

  2. How will the audio (sound) be handled?

    Wireless microphones will be used on the groom to capture the vows during the wedding.  Microphones on camera for most  of the ambient sounds of the day plus wired mics to capture interviews as needed.

  3. What type of cameras do you use?

    We use "3-chip video cameras"

  4. What kind of lighting do you use?

    Ambient lighting plus the use of on camera LED lights help to create a well lit yet unobtrusive wedding video.

Deposits, Payments & Booking

  1. Is a deposit required? If so, how much?

    Yes, a deposit is required.  50% of the balance is due to book and hold your wedding date. Please check our contract for details.

  2. When is the deposit due?

    The deposit is due when you book your wedding.  Available wedding dates close very quickly during the wedding season.  So, we recommend that once you choose your vendor to place your deposit to guarantee your wedding date.

  3. May I make partial payments?

    Absolutely!  As long as your balance is paid 30 days prior to your wedding date.  No problem.

  4. When is the final payment due?

    Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding/event date.

  5. Is gratuity included in the price?

    Gratuity is not included and is not required but very much appreciated :). 

  6. Is state sales tax required?

    Services are not taxed in Indiana.

Miscellaneous

  1. How many other weddings will you be shooting on my wedding day?

    We have only one package that would allow us to double book.  Normally you will have our complete attention for your wedding / event date.

  2. Will you coordinate with my photographer?

    Absolutely!  We have worked with many photographer's locally.  Most of our work is done candidly.  So, it is rare to get in the way of your photographer. 

  3. What is your editing process?

    In-camera edits where the videographer tries to carefully record elements of your wedding / event so no edit is required are typical of low quality, low cost work.  We use a non-linear editor on all our videos, even with our lowest cost package.


  4. What's your style -- cinematic, documentary, or a mix of both?

    I'd say a mix of both.  We shoot to edit a long form video.  Long form videos are typically  90 to 120 minutes.  Short form videos are typically 15 to 30 minutes.  

  5. How many video cameras do you use?

    During the ceremony we use 2 video cameras and 1 camera everywhere else.
